P1000 4×4″ MBE System for Laser Production
The P1000 MBE system is a large capacity multi-wafer MBE system for production use. Our customers are currently using the P1000 for InGaAs/GaAs/GaAlAs quantum well laser fabrication. The fully automatic CDC cluster tool provides fast and reliable wafer platen transfer with a batch size of forty 4″ wafers.
