Low Temperature Effusion Cell

The low temperature effusion cell features DCA’s patented flat foil filament design.

The low temperature cell is designed for continuous use between 200 ° C and 700 °C.

The cell has a K or C-type thermocouple for temperature control. The control package includes a Eurotherm PID controller and a DC power supply. The set up provides excellent temperature stability, 0.1 °C.

The cells are available with 13, 23 cc, 40 cc and 60 cc volume.
